The Information Meetings held across 20 provinces with the participation of more than 1,000 SMEs allowed us to present the opportunities offered by the project in a comprehensive and effective manner.

These meetings, which attracted significant interest in every province, contributed to our project’s vision of enhancing the production capacity, strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs and fostering sustainable employment.

Throughout the meetings, we not only introduced the project mechanisms but also raised awareness on crucial topics such as work permit procedures, regulatory requirements, and the participation of foreigners in the labor market. This awareness has enabled SMEs to take more conscious and proactive steps in both human resources management and social cohesion with international labor integration.

Each meeting served as an important venue to deepen our collaboration with SMEs, strengthen knowledge-sharing, and boost our collective motivation to grow together.

We continue to stand by our SMEs across Türkiye, expanding access to support mechanisms, and advancing production together.

The 3^rd Steering Committee Meeting of the FOSTER II – Empowering the Private Sector to Foster Social and Economic Cohesion II Project was held on July 1, 2025 at KOSGEB in a hybrid format with the participation of the European Union, KfW Development Bank and other stakeholders.

Following the announcement of the FOSTER II Project’s Access to Finance Mechanism, details of the implementation, progress made, and the planned activities were shared with the participants and feedback was received.

The 2^nd Steering Committee Meeting of the Empowering the Private Sector to Foster Social and Economic Cohesion II – FOSTER II Project was held on December 18, 2024 in hybrid format. Planned activities for the upcoming period of the Project and the support that will be provided to SMEs have been shared with the participants. Representatives from the European Union, KfW Development Bank and the stakeholders attended the meeting at KOSGEB.
