The Launch Event of the FOSTER II Project, held on January 30, 2025, was enriched with valuable partners, stakeholders, esteemed speakers, and guests. We extend our sincere thanks to all participants.

Building on the experience and success of the FOSTER I Project, the ” Empowering the Private Sector to Foster Social and Economic Cohesion in Türkiye II – FOSTER II” Project was officially launched on January 30, 2025, at the KOSGEB Headquarters!

During launch event, which brought together distinguished project partners and stakeholders, the Project Components were introduced.

The FOSTER II Project, with a budget of 66.8 million Euros, will be implemented in 20 provinces (Ankara, Adana, Adıyaman, Batman, Bursa, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, İzmir, Kahramanmaraş, Kayseri, Kilis, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Osmaniye, and Şanlıurfa). The project aims to support SMEs, increase employment opportunities for our citizens, and continue to promote formal employment for foreigners under temporary and international protection.

The FOSTER II Project— Empowering the Private Sector to FOSTER Social and Economic Cohesion in Turkey—was officially launched on 6 March 2024 at the KOSGEB Headquarters in Ankara.
FOSTER II aims to strengthen the private sector and support the creation of new employment opportunities by enhancing access to finance for SMEs operating in project regions, with a focus on promoting the social and economic inclusion of individuals under temporary or international protection.
Funded by the European Union, the FOSTER Project is implemented by KOSGEB and managed by KfW Development Bank.

The Kick-off Meeting for FOSTER II – Empowering the Private Sector to Foster Social and Economic Cohesion II Project was held on March 6, 2024 at KOSGEB Headquarters in Ankara.

The FOSTER II Project aims to contribute to the empowerment of the private sector in Türkiye to increase the formal employment of Turkish citizens and foster social and economic cohesion of foreigners under temporary or international protection and increase the resilience of Turkish SMEs operating in selected 20 provinces.
