KfW Development Bank has signed a Grant Agreement, Grant and Project Implementation Agreement, and a Separate Agreement with the Implementing Agency. KfW monitors the progress of the project implementation and the project’s compliance with the legislation in accordance with the targets and procedures agreed upon under the specified agreements and reports regularly to the European Union (EU).
During the design and implementation of the Project, KfW closely follows the key steps, reviews the core documents to be prepared for the two components, and provides the No Objection as contractually agreed.
